Say or Tell
Saying or Telling are quite similar, both of them express there meaning. I will show you a few Examples of them:
| Jacob said he had a new job. | Jacob told me he has a new Job. |
| Mark says that he has to leave at 2PM. | Mark said to me that he leaves at 2PM. |
| Tom said that he had to go. | Tom told Jane he had to go. |
