John Adams

A painted portrait of a man with greying hair, looking left. was born on October 30, 1735 he died on the 4th of July 1826. He was a lawyer, politician, statesman, And the second president of the United States, from 1797–1801, He was highly educated and he was a key to the founding founders of the United States. He made Thomas Jefferson in charge of drafting the United States Declaration of Independence in 1776. He nominated George Washington to be Commander in chief. John Adams was really good friends with, George Washington, and Thomas Jefferson. John Adams was George Washington's Vice President. When John Adams year as a president was over he became a family man, paying more attention to his family. Thomas Jefferson beat John Adams in the next election for president.  He still resumed his friendship with Jefferson. He and his wife Abigail Adams, Raised a family now referred as "Adams political family". John Adams son  John Quincy Adams became the sixth president of the United States of America. John Adams died at the age of 90, he died the same day as Thomas Jefferson who was the 3rd president of the United States.
